Retained through Full Glass Wine's acquisition of Splash Wines to own AI and
automation across five DTC wine brands (Wine Access, Winc, Splash Wines,
Wine Insiders, Scout & Cellar).

- ACE (claims recovery): Replaced an outsourced damage-claims vendor with an
  in-house system pairing Snowflake detection with a browser-executing AI agent
  that files claims where no API exists. Recovered $432K in year one at ~99%
  claim capture — 83% more net recovery per shipment than the vendor.
- PIM: Concept-to-go-to-market product manager for cross-brand product
  information — unified schema and Airtable→Shopify publishing that cut
  per-product work from minutes to seconds; backbone for ERP migration.
- Data foundation: Rebuilt a governed Snowflake-native transformation layer
  across four brands; drove Snowflake as system of record.
- GRAPE (carrier invoice audit): Snowflake + Cortex control validating $10.7M
  in spend against contract rates.
- FROST (CS automation): Moved ~13% of ticket volume off manual handling.
