I'm Dale Slear — a technologist who likes turning messy problems into clean, automated systems. Co-founded and CTOd a DTC wine company, later CIO, now AI & Automation Lead across a five-brand DTC portfolio. I ship production agentic systems (not demos) — claims recovery, PIM, data platforms — and I'm exploring senior IC Applied AI / Forward Deployed roles. Curiosity is my default setting. When I'm not building, you'll probably find me chasing , foiling and generally leaning into anything that's extreme.

- ACE claims recovery — Snowflake detection + browser AI agent that files claims where there's no API; replaced an outsourced vendor with materially higher capture.
- PIM — Concept-to-go-to-market product manager: took cross-brand product information from idea to production (unified schema, publish path from minutes to seconds); backbone for ERP migration.
- GRAPE / FROST — carrier invoice audit against contract rates; CS automation that moved a meaningful share of tickets off manual handling.
